Shipping Policy – Viper TCG

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Area: We currently deliver within Kuwait only.

Delivery Method: Orders are delivered via local courier. You will be contacted to arrange delivery or confirm your address after placing your order.

Payment: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is collected upon receipt of your order.

Delivery Timeframe: Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days within Kuwait, depending on your location.

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will contact you with delivery details via the information provided at checkout.

Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we will contact you to reschedule. Orders that cannot be delivered after two attempts may be cancelled.
